Who is Fozzie?



		Fozzie Spring 2003

Fozzie is a long hair Black and White American feline. He was born in a barn on July 5th, 2001 and was an example of a determined survivor. Of a litter of 4, Fozzie was one of the 2 which survived. He and his siblings were abandoned by a young feral inexperienced mother.

I took him in at the age of 3.5 weeks old and he had bitten the end off his nursing bottles in his zest for life and food. His lusty appetite has never diminished. He was such a clown by the time he was 6 weeks old we deciden not to adopt him out.

His trademark move "The Fozzie Leap" had developed. As he leaps he looks like he is flying. He does it with such flourish and grace ,that if a cat had wings and could fly. He would be the one to do it. The sheer confidence he exhibits while performing his leaps is how I feel about our internet service we provide here.

Fozzie's daring and humor inspired me to leap into providing affordable and quality internet products so I can supply him and the other cats on the mini cat ranch with bags of yummy cat food and often needed antibiotics,inoculations and neutering/spaying.

We have 8 to 20 feral cats which are being captured frequently to be neutered. Several wild ferals were destroyed by the local humane society when the population soared over 30. Most of the remaining ferals will live out the rest of their days in a protected colony environment or adopted out if tamed.

Fozzieleap is a for profit business and some of the proceeds are used in the maintenance of this website and payroll for the site manager. However, we make every effort to save some portion of every purchase to aid these animals in need. I can't do this alone, please consider helping.
